Terms & Conditions

1. Payment

No booking is confirmed until the Booking Fee has been received. The Booking Fee is non-refundable and is deducted from the total cost.

Full payment shall be made 7 days prior to the event, unless otherwise negotiated.  Once full payment is made it is non-refundable.

2. Overtime

If you request to exceed the nominated finish time, overtime rates will apply. 

We have discretion to allow overtime and the extent of overtime and it may be refused by the driver at his sole and absolute discretion.

The overtime rate will be determined based on your booking rate. The overtime rate will be calculated in 15 minute increments and needs to be paid prior to the overtime occurring.

3. Damage & Cleaning

If you or any passenger causes any damage, breakage, spillage, soilage or staining to the vehicle, you agree to pay for all necessary repairs and/or cleaning costs to return the vehicle to its condition before the damage. A cleaning fee of $200 will apply and any damage will be charged at cost.

4. Behaviour

If you or any member of your party behave in a manner deemed rude, unsafe, crass or damaging or is considered intoxicated, before or whilst en route, we reserve the right to terminate your booking and evict you from the vehicle with no refund.

5. Property

We take no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen property.

6. Seatbelts 

Seat belts are fitted in all limousines. The current law states that seatbelts are to be worn at all times. The carriage of children under seven (7) years of age is by prior agreement using the correct restraints.

7. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

8. Alcohol

We do not offer alcohol as part of our service. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol but Top Class Limousines will not be held responsible or liable for you or any of your party consuming alcohol nor any consequences that may ensue. Any minor caught consuming alcohol whilst in our limousines may be evicted.

9. Food

The consumption of food in the limousines is prohibited, excluding any food provided by us.

10. Vehicle Access

Due to the size and nature of our limousines, we have the discretion to deny access to a venue or location that may put the vehicle and its passengers in an unsafe situation.  Access for our limousines into some suburban streets may be restricted and pickup / drop offs at the front door may not be achievable.

We have discretion to deny access where our limousines have to travel on an unsealed road.

11. Unforseen Events

We cannot assume responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These include traffic, road and weather conditions, illness, vehicle breakdown etc. Should the reserved vehicle out of commission we reserve the right to substitute the vehicle or provide another mode of transportation. The substitute vehicle or other mode of transportation does not have to be the same standard as the original vehicle booked.

12. Limits of Liabilities

In all cases, Top Class Limousines and its drivers maximum liability shall be limited to a full refund of monies paid pertaining only to the trip in question. All care will be taken by us, but no liability will be assumed. No claim for Liquidated Damages, Consequential Loss or for any other eventuality shall be admissible.
